VINCI 2025 Environmental Day – A commitment to our nature

The annual VINCI Environment Day is a key initiative to promote environmental awareness and traditionally takes place in September in all VINCI countries.

• This year, we once again devoted all our energy to protecting and preserving our natural environment – locally and in practical terms. A motivated team of volunteers from Actemium Switzerland joined forces with nature conservation expert Philippe Wyss in Arlesheim to tackle a number of tasks: Neophytes were removed, bramble hedges were cleared and valuable contributions were made to biodiversity.
• One of our sites held a “home office day” for its employees on Environment Day itself, with the aim of calculating their personal carbon footprint. A competition shows how sustainably we can work.
• We are also launching the Clean-Up Initiative and revising our waste disposal concept at our Uptown location – for greater clarity, efficiency and environmental friendliness.
