Actemium and Axians have once again been recognised as ‘Great Places to Work™’
VINCI Energies’ brands Actemium and Axians, as well as RoboMat, which is part of the Actemium network, have once again been awarded the ‘Great Places to Work Switzerland’ quality seal in Switzerland. The certification is awarded by the international consultancy Great Place to Work™.
The award is based on an anonymous employee survey. 85% of respondents rated Actemium and Axians overall as very good employers. This strong result shows that we have all succeeded in further developing the working environment in a targeted manner, even though very good results were already achieved in the last survey.
Employees rate collaboration particularly highly, and this has been further optimised. This is reflected in the improved ratings in the key categories of credibility, respect, fairness, pride and team spirit.
This latest award is of particular significance to us. This is because it is based directly on the honest feedback from our employees, who shape and help to define our day-to-day working lives. It confirms that our values are not merely part of our corporate culture, but are actively practised in our daily interactions.
